Dream State seeks to unite artists dedicated to excellence. We produce film and media aimed at transporting the audience to another time and place.

Dream State was created by Valerie Palencar. Aside from being a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Trauma and the subconscious, Valerie is a working member of the Screen Actors Guild, AFTRA, and a vested member of Actors Equity.  She is also a professional figure skater and coach.  She loves creating, acting, and producing.
